Severity: normal
Priority: normal
Component: Package Review
AssignedTo: nobody(a)fedoraproject.org
ReportedBy: rafaels(a)redhat.com

SRPM URL: ftp://jpackage.hmdc.harvard.edu/JPackage/1.7/generic/SRPMS.free/aspectwer...
Description: AspectWerkz is a dynamic, lightweight and
high-performant AOP/AOSD framework for Java.
AspectWerkz utilizes runtime bytecode modification
to weave your classes at runtime. It hooks in and
weaves classes loaded by any class loader except
the bootstrap class loader. It has a rich join
point model. Aspects, advices and introductions
are written in plain Java and your target classes
can be regular POJOs. You have the possibility to
add, remove and re-structure advices as well as
swapping the implementation of your introductions at
runtime. Your aspects can be defined using either an
XML definition file or using Runtime Attributes.

[Bug 184080] Review Request: webmin

Hey Scott.
I don't think Jason works for redhat anymore, so email from this review might
not be getting to him.
I am pretty sure the spec that he used was the one from the upstream project.
Unfortunately there are a number of issues with this spec file, it would take a
lot of work to clean it up to the point that it would be acceptable to the
Fedora guidelines.
I would suggest that you perhaps start submitting a easier package and get to
where you understand the guidelines and how spec files are written.
This link, http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/WishList has a
number of packages that are not yet packaged and someone is wishing for.
If you are set on packaging webmin, I would suggest you start from a clean spec
file and build it up to match all the guidelines, which will be a lot of work,
but I think easier than trying to clean up the upstream project one.

[Bug 242873] New: Review Request: min12xxw - Print filter for Minolta printer
by Red Hat Bugzilla
Please do not reply directly to this email. All additional
comments should be made in the comments box of this bug report.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=242873
Summary: Review Request: min12xxw - Print filter for Minolta
printer
Product: Fedora Extras
Version: devel
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: medium
Priority: medium
Component: Package Review
AssignedTo: nobody(a)fedoraproject.org
ReportedBy: lkundrak(a)redhat.com
QAContact: fedora-package-review(a)redhat.com
Spec URL: http://people.redhat.com/lkundrak/SPECS/min12xxw.spec
SRPM URL: http://people.redhat.com/lkundrak/SRPMS/min12xxw-0.0.9-1.src.rpm
Description: This is a printer driver for Minolta printers.
It basically takes raw PBM input and adds Minolta protocol metadata.
The protocol is documented in format.txt that is included in %doc of this
package.
The upstream states that the code is in the beta stage, but as no known issues
are known with PagePro 1200 1300 and 1400 I mean he only means that it
is not feature complete and he wants to extends hardware compatibility to
other printers using similar protocol (e.g. TallyGenicom 9316). So this is
basically enough for drivers we ship that need this util.
This filter is actually attempted by a number of foomatic drivers actually
includes this distribution, so they are all broken at the time. Including this
tool would solve bug #242872.
