Description: <Wulfware is a set of tools that enable a compute cluster, a beowulf, or just an ordinary LAN to be monitored or logged by users or administrators. It consists of xmlsysd, a lightweight daemon that provides read access to various parts of /proc and the output of system information commands, libwulf, a library that facilitates the creation of applications that can connect to xmlsysd. Three client applications are also included: wulfstat, a simple tty ncurses monitoring program; wulflogger, which outputs to stdout (from which it can be logged into files or fed to other programs), and wulf2html, a program that converts the output of wulflogger into html for presentation on a simple web page.>

Enrico has a hard-on for obfuscation.
Why do we need two different methods to do the same thing in discc.sh? Pick one
please. I would point out the grep method is what ccache.sh uses. It seems
rather gratuitous and inconsistent to me to have such a complex script to do
basically the same thing another package is doing, one that distcc is likely to
be used in combination with. Consistency is good.

Enrico, it would be nice if you could elaborate a bit if someone does not have
an immediate understanding of what you are doing in your scripts or spec-files.
I guess you can see that there are "implicit" questions in Laurent's comments.
Laurent, the PATH has to be modified because if a user installs distcc it should
automagically be in the users path, so that it can be used with minimal effort.
As for the package: There are multiple rpmlint warnings. I would like you to fix
them. If you don't think that the warnings rpmlint gives are correct then please
tell us why you think so. I attach the warnings to this bug.
The script /etc/profile.d/distcc.sh is fine with me. However, for a better
understanding a one-line comment about what this script does would be good. One
other thing is that variable names like __c or __d are not self speaking.

Severity: medium
Priority: medium

ReportedBy: vpivaini(a)cs.helsinki.fi

Spec URL: http://vpv.fedorapeople.org/packages/libvoikko.spec

Description:
This is libvoikko, library for spellcheckers and hyphenators using Malaga
natural language grammar development tool. The library is written in C.
Currently only Finnish is supported, but the API of the library has been designed
to allow adding support for other languages later.
Voikko depends on malaga and suomi-malaga (upstream name, I've named my package malaga-suomi-voikko), please see bug #346121 and bug #349191.
Rpmlint output:
libvoikko-devel.i386: W: no-documentation - but there is no documentation that would be suitable for the -devel package, the main package will have all the docs.
