Bug ID: 1226406 Summary: Review Request: R-S4Vectors - S4 implementation of vectors and lists Product: Fedora Version: rawhide Component: Package Review Severity: medium Priority: medium Assignee: nobody@fedoraproject.org Reporter: tcallawa@redhat.com QA Contact: extras-qa@fedoraproject.org CC: package-review@lists.fedoraproject.org
Spec URL: https://spot.fedorapeople.org/R-S4Vectors.spec SRPM URL: https://spot.fedorapeople.org/R-S4Vectors-0.6.0-1.fc22.src.rpm Description: The S4Vectors package defines the Vector and List virtual classes and a set of generic functions that extend the semantic of ordinary vectors and lists in R. Package developers can easily implement vector-like or list-like objects as concrete subclasses of Vector or List. In addition, a few low-level concrete subclasses of general interest (e.g. DataFrame, Rle, and Hits) are implemented in the S4Vectors package itself (many more are implemented in the IRanges package and in other Bioconductor infrastructure packages). Fedora Account System Username: spot Koji Rawhide Scratch build: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=9880383
Note: This is a core dep for the majority of the current Bioconductor stack. It currently will only build against Rawhide due to the version requirement of BiocGenerics
