It was determined that the special permissions for CS.cfg and the signedAudit directory are in fact enforced when instances of the server are created after the rpm is installed.
We do not, therefore, need to deliver these files with non-standard permissions. The current updated packages deliver this file (and directory) with standard permissions, and thus eliminate the rpmlint warnings. Rpmlint output is now clean.
