Actually it worked this way, so I've fixed the spec with. PYTHONPATH=. pytest
Try:
%{python3} -m pytest

Benefits:
- you get PYTHONPATH=. automatically - the pytest is invoked with the proper Python version regardless of what /usr/bin/pytest happens to be (it usually matches, but might not e.g. on RHEL with multiple Python versions)
