I checked a few more of the packages above. It seems quite a few are due
to transient issues, which I believe have been fixed meanwhile. E.g. the
previously mentioned disk space issue. But I also saw errors regarding
not being able to download dependent packages.
It may be best to let the dust settle on the FTBFS issues and re-check
next meeting. I think quite a few of the issues may turn out to be
non-issues. In addition, packages are being rebuild for the Python 3.12
update in rawhide, anyway.

How about we use arch overrides [1] in Koschei for packages that exclude
certain archs? Although, it would be better if Koschei/Koji would honor
the override in the spec file.
