ncftool manpage

I added nothing of value here, just turned the 'ncftool help' output
into a ncftool.1 manpage.

netcf patches for debian (v2)
by Serge E. Hallyn
Hi,
Thanks Eric and Laine for your earlier comments. Here is a small
set of 3 cleaner patches which are enough to make netcf build on
debian. (patches on top of git head). I will try my hand at
the autoconf magic needed for libnl support next.

Capability question.
by Joshua Harlow
Hi all netcf peoples,
Me and others are looking at integrating this library as one of the
components in a project called OpenStack that eventually needs to write
network configuration in a distribution agnostic manner (ie the incoming
format should not be tied to say debian or fedora). It seems like this is
the library to go for that and I had some questions.
1. How actively maintained is this project, just incase.
2. Does netcf over-write configurations or does it have the capability
to also merge configs (incase of user provided additions/configuration
extras that we don’t want to over-write).
More to come I am sure :-)
Thx!

[PATCH 0/4] prefer libnl3 over libnl1
by Thomas Graf
Thomas Graf (4):
configure: Prefer libnl-3.x over libnl-1.x and refuse libnl-2.x
dutil_linux: Avoid #ifdef war around libnl compatibility
dutil_linux: Include <netlink/route/link/vlan.h> if available
configure: Add --enable-libnl1 to force using libnl1

Ok, if you run into serious practical problems let us know. If any BSD
licensed portions of the code were put in a file clearly separated from
the primary BSD driver code, (eg a bsd_ifutils.c) we might reconsider
our acceptance policy. Our first preference though is to remain LGPLv2+
throughout.

Daniel

Truthfully, I'm not an expert, so you may well be correct. danpb, you
know more about this - what's the correct answer?

[PATCH 0/5] Initial FreeBSD Support Patches
by Sean Bruno
Its round 1 of our patchsets here in FreeBSD land. This more or less
stubs out the code for FreeBSD support. We will flush out that code in
following patchsets.
