but what I think they should do is just #include or pass a flag to the
configure/make
to pull in the appropriate version of the long tests or for any other
common stuff.
(although they could do the long case just via an ifdef I guess).

I made 32-bit version of test_long weak and overloaded it
for x86_64. So for ARM just put empty test-args.c into
sysdeps like i686.
both i686/x86_64 seems to compile/work properly
