The Koschei service should probably also be moved into the Koji project,
as it's really the CI component for Koji. So I would imagine that your
workflow stuff needs to cover the setup and integration of Koschei with
Koji.
koschei is abusive to koji. While the service it provides is really useful, i
personally find it a hindrance to being effective when using kojiweb and I
wish it was implemented in some other way not using koji. Perhaps we need to
figure out a better way to make it work better.
