Proposed patch
Jcifs has wrong license tags:
1) The whole package is LGPLv2+, but the file src/jcifs/util/DES.java is partly
MIT and party BSD.
2) The file src/jcifs/util/MD4.java is probably taken from the Cryptix project,
which is also released under BSD.
3) Javadoc doesn't contain any of the GPL-licensed files
4) None of the BSD-licensed files are included in the 'demo' package, so the
BSD license tag should not be present.
Patch with proposed license tags is attached.
