Jetty user appears on the login screen

How reproducible:
By installing jetty package
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install jetty package
2. Log out
3. Observe jetty user as one of the login options
Actual results:
Jetty user appears after installing jetty package
Expected results:
It should not happen
Additional info:
It is easy to work around. Just go to Users and Groups, uncheck Hide system
users and groups, select jetty, click edit user, choose /sbin/nologin as login
shell.
It is preferred though people never see jetty user after installation.
