maven_depmap.py tries to injects javapackages manifest to non-ZIP files. But
for example when artifact file is text file, manifest injection makes no sense.

Steps to Reproduce:
echo "this is a text file" >$RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_javadir}/foo.txt
%add_maven_depmap foo:foo:1.0 foo.txt
Actual results:
Text file is corrupted (it has ZIP file appended at the end)
