I've revised the page, provided further details of several definition,
and added the keyboard layout section (very brief).
I also changed "Input method configuration tools" to "input method
system chooser", as it actually choose the input method framework
instead of configure individual input methods.

It is probably a bit Linux/ibus/scim specific: m17n has maps whereas scim-tables and
ibus-table use a different simpler linear format which is compiled to a binaries table
which can be efficient for very large tables of chinese characters, etc.
