(In reply to fujiwara from comment #5)
Dear Fujiwara-San or whoever may this concern:

> Example 2. ...
> [Examples of why different active IM per window is important, deleted.]
I think the two examples explain IME per window but not IME order.
Now the IME list is set in global and I don't think it needs to be per window.
I may be confused by what you mean by IME order, IME list, and IME per window.
Some people may prefer to have the same active IM in every window. I respect
that preference. I understand that it may be difficult to have a different
list, or as I understand it, *set* of IMs available for each window.
However, I was trying to explain why it is important for some people to be able
to have a different active IM in each window. I hope this is what you mean by
IM "per window". I hope you agree with me that it is useful for some to be
able to have a different IM in each window.

The alphabet order is on ibus-setup only. The order of IME is saved
in
another gsettings value and it can be changed by Super+space.
What I mean is, it is useful that we can set the order of IMs (Input Methods)
when a window first pops open.
Example: Among other things, I would prefer every window to pop up with
English(US) as the first input method. May I inquire which gsettings value I
should be changing to change the default order of IMs when each window is
opened?
Thank you for your patience.
