Description of problem:
I see nmap installs Japanese man page under /usr/share/man/jp like:
/usr/share/man/jp/man1/nmap.1.gz
it should be
/usr/share/man/ja/man1/nmap.1.gz
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
nmap-5.21-4.fc13.x86_64

English man page are displayed

should be Japanese man page
