Thanks for a bug report. Opening it in upstream would be better, because it's
the place where the change should be done.
Removing /usr/lib64/gnome-software/plugins-20/libgs_plugin_fedora-langpacks.so
should make the trick (the `plugins-20` can have a different number, the same
as `lib64` can be `lib` on some arches). To have a code fix, I think adding:
gs_plugin_add_rule (GS_PLUGIN (self), GS_PLUGIN_RULE_CONFLICTS,
"fedora-langpacks");
around
gs_plugin_add_rule (GS_PLUGIN (self), GS_PLUGIN_RULE_CONFLICTS,
"packagekit");
in plugins/rpm-ostree/gs-plugin-rpm-ostree.c:gs_plugin_rpm_ostree_init() would
do the trick, but it needs testing.
