The Georgian script became bicameral in Unicode 11, but the problem is that the
new letters are NOT used in title case. The Mtavruli capitals were introduced
for all caps emphasis styling, so the auto capitalization function should not
be used for Georgian texts.

It is surprising then that neither bpg-sans-fonts or
google-noto-sans-georgian-fonts cover the glyph(s).
There is a work around for Noto fonts:
