Description of problem: iok currently defaults to "English" irrespective of the locale. It should default to the map of the current locale if it exists.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.0.9
Steps to Reproduce: 1. LANG=hi_IN.UTF-8 iok
Actual results: starts up in English
Expected results: should default to Hindi map.
