I am surprised more country keyboard layouts don't provide a Compose key by default. AFAICT only standard gb, ie, and fi layouts .do that. (Many countries use ISO_Level_3_Shift though instead.)
So where’s the place to discuss such things? I’m a hefty user of C+S+u even with a compose-aware keymap, and would dislike it not returning.
