Created attachment 457091 --> https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=457091 vmware-0.log - tail will get you a heap of 'mks' errors
Description of problem: Installed ibus-anthy-1.2.4-2.fc13.x86_64 after it was listed in 'Software Updates' yesterday (2010.11.01), and shut down. Booted this morning and found that a) VMWare Workstation 7.1 crashed with 'mks' errors in abundance and b) keyboard could not reproduce special characters (_ ! " # ยค % & / ( ) = ; ; etc.) - and that pretty much prevented me from using my root password (in X - didn't even try a terminal, have to work).
