patch to use ~/.m17n.d instead of ~/.m17n
When I looked over the source code, I noticed that iok looks for *.mim files in
~/.m17n instead of ~/.m17n.d, which is the standard path used by m17n-lib.
I'm attaching a patch.

Japanese translation of iptables manpage for --syn option is incorrect.
The following English description looks correct.
[!] --syn
Only match TCP packets with the SYN bit set and the ACK,RST and
FIN bits cleared. Such packets are used to request TCP connec-
tion initiation; for example, blocking such packets coming in an
interface will prevent incoming TCP connections, but outgoing
TCP connections will be unaffected. It is equivalent to --tcp-
flags SYN,RST,ACK,FIN SYN. If the "!" flag precedes the
"--syn", the sense of the option is inverted.
But Japanese page says a different thing and it looks incorrect. I write down
the comment in Japanese (as it'll be reviewed by Japanese translator, right?)

Description of problem:
As of the most recent update, IOK doesn't show up under the expected menu
location of Applications-->Accessories. I noticed the following in the
.desktop file:
NotShowIn=GNOME;
How am I supposed to access IOK if it's not in the menus? I use it quite a bit
once logged in, and I much prefer it to GOK. Is there a new method of bringing
it up without having to type iok in a terminal?

If you can show me where it's easily accessible under a different menu, that's
fine, but I haven't found it yet.

system-config-language uses hardcoded icon paths, because of this it doesn't
pick up the user's icon theme. This happens in the window icon and the icon
that is used at the top of the tool itself.
it should use the icon name "preferences-desktop-locale" and let gtk look up
the correct icon.

Target Release: ---
Description of problem:
ibus should really support IME-based trigger hotkeys like Windows.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run ibus in F11
2. ibus-setup -> hotkeys
Actual results:
Too many hotkeys defined for all for CIJK
Expected results:
Only hotkeys for IMEs in use to be available.
Eg Japanese user should only have Alt-` and Hankaku_Zenkaku
defined by default, not other keys like Ctrl-Space and
Korean hotkeys, etc.
Additional info:
With this change we could also drop defining a global
hotkey by default which would be ibus more acceptable
as a desktop default in the longer term.
