scratch build available here, is that about what you wanted?
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=2573007
(this is a rawhide scratch build but it should just work with any recent fedora
version)
activate with "setxkbmap -option "grp:grave_toggle" or by clicking the matching

Showing गर्यो in different font.
Description of problem:
Nepali also uses Devanagari as it's writing script. And there are some features
of Devanagari that only Nepali uses. For the example the pareli glyph. the
pareli glyph is used Nepali widely where Hindi and Sanskrit uses र् । For
example: Garyo in Nepali means done. To write garyo in standard Devangari it is
written as गर्यो it is correct but the Nepali uses a special glyph for र्. All
popular fonts in Windows like Mangal, and fonts from CDAC, Sanskrit fonts
supports this except Lohit Devangari, so it is now time to support the pareli
glyph.
