packages are already installed
For RHEL customers, we recommend to update everything using "dnf update"
or
"yum update" (do not limit the update to specific packages as we cannot
test all the possible combinations).
For CentOS Stream, there are delays between the time a package is built and
it gets available in the CentOS Stream 9 repositories, but you may also
point to a mirror that isn't up-to-date.
