Hello All.
Maybe you know, recently pytest 5 has been released.
The major change is:

https://docs.pytest.org/en/latest/py27-py34-deprecation.html
But FreeIPA utilizes pytest 3.9.3 and even fails on pytest 4+
(
https://pagure.io/freeipa/issue/7989).
So, is the IPA test suite bound to pytest 3? For instance, this could be
some old environments (OS, distro version), etc., which I couldn't know.
Please, take a look at the mentioned ticket.
It is more due to not being the fire in front of us at the moment.
pytest-4 is only in Fedora rawhide at the moment and IIRC CI currently
runs in Fedora 30. So we aren't feeling the pain yet.
With 4.8.0 out the door now it sure seems like this is something that
will take a higher priority.
Maintaining backwards compatibility with pytest-3 would be desirable.
