I think one of the assumption/intention behind having conference in
University is to involve local students community. They can learn from
conference and help to drive Fedora mission ahead in subsequent years.
Yes, this is true and valuable. The conference wasn't at RIT but RIT
helped put it together, and there were a lot of people from RIT there.
That said, Flock is intended to be a contributor conference, so it's
not necessarily the best venue to _introduce_ Fedora to new students.
