So as of this moment, there are 17 pre-registered attendees who have
indicated that they are in/near Westford. We should figure out if a
bus is sensible at that number (assuming as many as 24 riders might
be wise, as some folks may not yet have decided whether they are
coming). Doing a quick search of local charter bus companies[1], we
could probably rent a minibus (30 seats) for about $1250 each way
($3.25/mi for 385 miles, based on Google maps[2]). Alternately, they
have a larger (56-seat) bus for $3.75/mi and a couple of "luxury"
buses whose price is not listed on their website. Obviously, other
bus companies likely exist, but this is hopefully useful information
for starting an investigation. [1]

From my back of the envelope scribbling, that seems like a much better
deal than paying for gas (I'm not even considering mileage rate
itself), much less flights.
Local Motion of Boston is the company we used for the FUDBus to FUDCon
Toronto 2009[1], FWIW. Although the bus ended up not being wifi/power
equipped, this was due to timing. Looks like things changed in the
last several years:

I would be surprised if most buses now weren't comparably equipped.
