there are two alternative cheap international bus company who are able
to go directly to Krakow. One is
Polskibus.com, and LuxExpress.eu is
the another one. Brno bus is a good idea, but this can be an
alternative. With the suppression of the travel costs, I think we can
arrange money for other things HTH.
I'll also add Leo Express (le.cz) to that list.
The buses under discussion below are for moving people around within Krakow during the
conference. 250 people all trying to get downtown at once will overwhelm the available
bus service from the city.

I am not aware of their final plans and I don't think they plan to leave the bus in
Krakow the whole time. As those things gel, I will reach out to the site manager in Brno
for more details. I am not sure this is something we can count on.
