--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : python-flask
Product : Fedora EPEL 6
Version : 0.9
Release : 8.el6
URL :
http://flask.pocoo.org/
Summary : A micro-framework for Python based on Werkzeug, Jinja 2 and good intentions
Description :
Flask is called a micro-framework because the idea to keep the core
simple but extensible. There is no database abstraction layer, no form
validation or anything else where different libraries already exist
that can handle that. However Flask knows the concept of extensions
that can add this functionality into your application as if it was
implemented in Flask itself. There are currently extensions for object
relational mappers, form validation, upload handling, various open
authentication technologies and more.

Update Information:
This update makes Flask actually use jinja2 2.6 from the `python-jinja2-26`
package, as it intended, not jinja2 2.2 from the EL 6 system `python-jinja2`
package. This fixes Flask when `python-jinja2` happens not to be installed. It
also probably fixes something else, as Flask has an explicit requirement for
jinja2 >= 2.4, so using it with the system jinja2 2.2 is not appropriate; that
requirement must be there for some kind of reason, though I don't know precisely
what it is.
