It is developed for biomolecules like proteins, but the extremely high performance means it is used also in several other field like polymer chemistry and solid state physics. This package provides single and double precision binaries. The documentation is in the package gromacs-common. mdrun has been compiled with thread parallellization, so it runs in parallel on shared memory systems. If you want to run on a cluster, you probably want to install one of the MPI parallellized packages. N.B. It filters all e-mail messages sent via SMTP. MIMEDefang splits multi-part MIME messages into their components and potentially deletes or modifies the various parts. It then reassembles the parts back into an e-mail message and sends it on its way. There are some caveats you should be aware of before using MIMEDefang. MIMEDefang potentially alters e-mail messages. This breaks a "gentleman's agreement" that mail transfer agents do not modify message bodies. This could cause problems, for example, with encrypted or signed messages. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update Information: * The "make unstripped" target has disappeared.
