No documentation changes for Fedora are required to accept glibc 2.18.
Upstream packaging changes for the 2.18 release are listed here:

The only relevant one is the removal of pt_chown which now requires /dev/pts to
be mounted gid 5 to support automatic permission changes. This has been in
Fedora for a long time now and I don't think there is anything we need to
document.
Therefore in summary: No docs changes.
