It's a problem in the repo and will be fully fixed when the current
updates push finishes.
Basically the redhat-rpm-config and gnat-srpm-macros were submitted as
two seperate updates. redhat-rpm-config needs the other and it went
stable yesterday, but gnat-srpm-macros didn't. It's going out in the
current push.
Options for now are to just wait or include f21-updates-testing repo to
get the gnat-srpm-macros.
