By the way, if you are using git-format-patch to generate these mails, you can
automate this. In the individual git repository you can add a subjectprefix.
For instance, in my conductor git repository, my .git/config looks like:
[core]
repositoryformatversion = 0
filemode = true
bare = false
logallrefupdates = true
[format]
subjectprefix = "PATCH conductor"
Anytime I run git-format-patch in this repo, then, it automatically prefixes it
with [PATCH conductor]. Very handy.
