We are pulling in the VCR rubygem from our own repo

Nice! I'm going to hook it into katello based off the rubygem-* there. Our current
spec tests mock at too high a level, imho, and I've been wanting to do something
better.

Conductor uses VCR to mock external service calle, such as image
