Great idea Martyn. Not to over-play the newbie card, but it might be
nice to use this meetup to discuss minutia of our existing technical
implementation (teach the team about Aeolus), intentions of designs,
and discussions of how they fit into longer term strategy.

Hey Chris,
Although that's no really what I had in mind with this, I am sympathetic
towards new guys. I found it quite tough when I first started, so I'm
up for anything that can help ease people into team and the community.
How about we stick this on the initial list of topics? I guess once
we've given this presentation to some of the new guys, it should just be
a case of repeating it to anyone else who starts here; so it isn't a
great overhead.
