This makes sure the aeolus user gets a homedir created at /var/aeolus.
This is breaking the delayed_job service for me under Fedora 17:
- The conductor-delayed_job service unit runs as the aeolus user
- The aeolus user has a home directory of /var/aeolus that does not
exist
- Rubygems tries to populate its load path firstly with
/var/aeolus/.gem, cannot find /var/aeolus, and then proceeds to
completely disregard the system gem paths. End result being the gem
search path is empty.
- The daemon fails with a cryptic error about require 'rails/all'
Rubygems, I hate thee.
