ACK, with one minor note - this does what it is intended to do, but does
not entirely solve the problem this feature was meant to remedy, namely
that the app attempts to write to the compiled directory in the
installed rpm, which it needs to not do.
I am sure there is a way to set compass/sass to not do this, and ideally
it would be done in a fashion where it only did not write in a
production environment. If I have time today, I will try to help figure
this out, if not, could you add a task to this feature to fix this last
piece? It will make a big difference (ie, make many things work right)
on f15/16 with the fedora-compatible spec we have now. Thanks,

One more note -- it should be fairly obvious once this final bit is
fixed -- at that point an installed RPM with no write permission (for
user aeolus) to either stylesheets or stylesheets/compiled should allow
for dbomatic to start up without any errors and for the web UI to
display stylesheets properly.
