I guess you'll have to shutdown the server, edit dse.ldif, then
start up the server.
I've done this and I see that the new attribute is inserted but the
file is still with the same size.
Maybe there some kind of procedure to shrink the db4 file that can be
done?
not sure - please file a bug for this issue
