Change subject: vm: drive: allow error policy fine tuning
......................................................................

Patch Set 8: Code-Review-1

Please verify by testing what happens when using the new "report" and "ignore" options, and a guest is trying data after the current size of the device, while the automatic extend machanism is stopped (e.g. shutdown the spm host).

With "stop" and "enospace", the vm should pause, and when the spm is functional again and extend the disk, the vm will be resumed and will finish the write operation.

What happens when using the new options?
