Ariel, since you brought up the BUILD.txt issue, would you like to
prepare a patch that would remove its contents and tell users to read
https://fedorahosted.org/sssd/wiki/DevelTutorials ?

I would then make sure the old BUILD.txt contents are moved to the wiki
page.
