RawConfigurations?

I'll just say that if raw config was finished by the time we were enhancing Apache support, things would have been order of magnitude easier and the end result more understandable and usable than the super-confusing mapping we produced for IfModule et al. 

I agree with Mazz that it is a very useful feature that we (sh|c)ould bring back in some form. Maybe toss the old impl and enhance drift somehow? From a glance, drift has everything we need barring the editing support, which I assume wouldn't be that difficult to implement. Maybe we should add some "autodiscovery" of drift defs but again I don't see anything super complex about that.
