I am not worried about plugins update and the code cache, as in production you don't update plugins too often. And a server upgrade usually forces
an agent update, which will (should?) make it go back to zero.

Where I am curious is in how far the number of resources on an agent can influence the code cache. We create a lot of classes under the hood
(e.g. Resource Component related), which get compiled and used. Now If too many of them would be on an agent, could the code cache
get full? If that happens, HotSpot will no longer compile (any?) code and fall back to interpretation, which can cause a major slowdown of
agent operations.
But then this may be only theoretical in nature.

Can people out there with many resources (not top level servers ,but total number of resources) on an agent (e.g. 3000 +) 
connect with jconsole to that agent, and report back the number of resources + the code cache size?
