Reduce Database Configuration Complexity - Proposal

This would definitely work in the future exactly like today. 

For this particular use case, all what I have to do is to ensure that the main pom.xml does the correct override for the rhq.ds.db-name for the dev profile. What is the standard name of the "dev" database? rhqdev?
