[cobbler] Can't find /tmp/pre_install_network_config error on kickstart in F18

Looks like it's a dependency error that's getting swallowed by the error
handler. It's definitely getting logged anywhere at this stage -- how can I
patch this code to spit out the error and determine what the dependency
problem is?
