I realize this may not be the most clear commit message, so feel free to
offer advice on that. Here's what I'm talking about:

*_good.jpg are taken before the last stylesheet change, and *_bad after.
Besides the ntp dialog, this behavior can be seen in the bootloader
selection cart, the advanced storage/iscsi selections, and the addon
repos in the source spoke. It also affects the keyboard options dialog
and the locale selection to a lesser extent: the toggle is still messed
up, but those two treeviews make the row bold when the toggle is active,
so there's still some visual feedback.
