Etherpad flakier than we'd like. :(

I'm back! Unfortunately, I don't really know much more than you guys.
It was stable for at least a month, and then just recently started
falling over all the time. Last time it did this, I cleared the Mongo
lock file, and it still didn't restart, so I upgraded the Etherpad
version and it started to work. It was entirely a shot in the dark.

I should also work with morazi and his infra team to get more people
access to this so I'm not the sole maintainer.

Honestly, I'm all for letting someone else host it. I threw this
Etherpad on OpenShift because people kept using the Red Hat internal one
for stuff that should have been upstream, and it seemed like it would be
easy to just put it on OpenShift and have it "just work." In hindsight,
that was clearly a foolish assumption. ;) It does seem to be working
now, though, but if we continue to have trouble, I have no objection to
moving this somewhere else.

That almost makes me wonder if Etherpad Lite itself is unstable?
