What do you think about hosting Mailman through fp.org? Maybe a

This way we could open the process of creating new lists to people who
do not have @redhat.com addresses.
Do we need a lot more lists?
Is it difficult to get lists made now? I know if I find a strong need
for a fedora-project list I can just ask someone @redhat.com to request
it.
It will be painful to change people's habits. Is it worth it at
this
point? Or better now than later?
I'm still not sure we get enough out of it to justify doing it at all.
