be easily misunderstood. Dan Mossor kindly provided some input on how
cool Cockpit and Rolekit are, and how these new toolsets make server
management even easier. These features are not in CentOS or other
OSes yet.
But the quotation can be interpreted to mean we are somehow competing
with CentOS, or implying that it's deficient in some way. I don't
think that's what was intended or a message we want to send. We are
partners with CentOS in a larger ecosystem, after all, and both Fedora
and CentOS have something to offer in the next-gen server management
tool space.
I've reached out to Dan to see if we can get a restatement. Once we
get that, we should push a revised POT, let L10n know about the
change, and ask them for revision to the affected string.
Dan said that we can s/CentOS/other operating systems/ for his
testimonial. I'm going to commit the change now.
Robert, in the morning can you press POT and notify L10n about it? If
not, just let me know and I'll try to do it around meetings in the
morning in my TZ. Thanks! :-)
