I'm fine with anyone who has access to make changes and clarifications to
boot.fp.o. Toshio mentioned I should link to or duplicate the BKO docs as
well which are a good resource.
Thanks Mike. Obviously I didn't get to it this weekend (blame weather
and consequent power outages), but I'll take a run at it later this
