Change subject: vm: per-attribute monitor response check
......................................................................
Patch Set 4: Verified+1
verified the following:
* ISCSI storage domain (COW block devices)
* spun a new VM, let VM installation begin. In the middle of installation, kill -STOP
QEMU_PID
* verified blockInfo experiences timeout
* verified there are some calls in timeout, some not
* verified in a time interval monitorResponse is consistently -1 aka Unresponsive, thus
the state does not bounce back and forth between Up and NotResponsive.
Attached (on paste to not spam gerrit) an excerpt of logs demonstrating what stated
above;
the first bunch of the lines are produced by extra logs in the `timeoutExperienced`
callback, then trimmed from the patch presented here.
the second bunch of lines are produced by `grep monitorResponse vdsm.log` and then
filtering the field with a trivial python script attached on the bz.
