Thanks for posting your question. This was fixed with a patch I pushed up yesterday
morning -- when was your last 'git pull'?
The issue was that there was a "refs" tag, where the expected tag was
"ref".

openscap & openscap-utils 0.9.1-1 (also tried 0.9.2-1)
CentOS 6.3
Is this a current bug? Or is there something in my configuration I should set/check?
